房间很干净，离景点很近，老板超热情，还有早餐吃，有到雁荡山玩的朋友，住这绝对是不二选择。

入住宾馆就在雁荡山镇上，离各个景区很近，开车均不到10分钟，当然是在不堵车的情况下。入住宾馆各方面还行，基本设施都可，宾馆服务人员态度很好，早餐还不错。

宾馆交通方便，有公交到景区和火车站，离灵峰景区近，步行15分钟，房间干净安静，老板娘特别热情，这次是一家三口来度假的，住了4天，中秋是跟老板娘一家一起过的，很开心，老板娘厨艺超好，丰盛的晚餐味道👍，下次还会介绍朋友入住！

老板人很好，很漂亮。房子很干净，水很热，水量特大，WⅠFI信号非常好。在小龙湫碰到其它拉客的旅店老板，我们说已经住好了,120元。他直呼不可能这么少。在当地可能应该算便宜了。另外靠马路非常安静，吃饭也方便有折扣

地理位置还行，就是有点高，沿着门牌号一直往上找。还好有明显指示牌。住的房间对比了下，单间还是好的，看了对面的标间还是那种老式的电视剧。住住也还行，就是价格偏高。无奈订不到房间的情况下，只能随意住了。
