酒店就在灵峰景区边上，很方便，房间比较干净，早餐还不错，分中餐和西餐两种，西餐量略少，胃口好的建议中餐。酒店的咖啡、鸡尾酒不错，茶水免费，适合晚上聊天看书。晚上8点半酒店提供免费甜汤非常贴心。在酒店用过一次晚餐和午餐，价格和周边的饭店差不多，但胜在口味好了很多。总的来说这次住宿的体验不错。我们订了两间，到了后觉得一家三口标间小了点加了点钱一间升到套房，酒店免费加了个床。

最惊喜是晚上有甜点，第一天南瓜汤第二天红豆汤，能看到山，房间干爽，空调非常高。早餐很不错一人一份，吃的很饱。很满意！还会再来

跨年选择的出游目的地。想离开城市找个安静的地方呆上一会儿。静凡居，名字符合心情，雁荡山脚下，开门即见山。心情舒畅，忘却烦恼。下了火车，有专人接，很方便。饭菜可口美味，老板服务很贴心。村头村尾转了一圈，静凡居，是当地不错的的民居了。
