酒店挂4星，位于雁荡山脚，对面一条河，环境好，步行5分钟即可到对美食一条街，海鲜、烧烤一应俱全，还有中国农业银行柜员机，出行很方便！
房间卫生条件较好，自助早餐尚可，在景区不能与城里比，总体满意，推荐！
