开车自驾，没预定酒店的景区不让进，幸亏提前和酒店沟通，告知了车牌号，才放行，到服务前台询问开车能到灵峰吗，告知需开车到旅客服务中心买景区游览车票，坐车游览，因灵峰离酒店较近，步行去的，发现景区门口附近有停车场，转天开车自驾游览了灵岩和大龙湫，没听服务台的，自驾服务知识前台要多掌握，为游客服好务，一楼房间太潮，早餐较丰富。

定了两个房间，一间卫生间墙壁上很多头发，相当恶心，还有一间空调吹出来的都是霉味，总体是不满意
