不会再来，房间很脏，一进房间地面湿漉漉的，刚拖完地，而且烟味很大。厕所有冲不干净的大便痕迹，毛巾有血，冲凉房的下水道很堵，冲凉的时候就根本不下水，好恶心。带着宝宝来让我感到很不舒服，五百多元的房间不用给客人五星级的服务，但最基本要干净卫生吧。

这个公寓比较新，也比较干净，离沙滩也近，公寓的环境也不错，但各种配套设施都要收费，水上乐园、沙滩、停车都要，这一点就沒有保利海陵岛那边的公寓好。

全新的设施，无敌海景，超低的价格，可惜的是游泳门票太高了，坑了公寓。
