1，在预定时我要求住高层，结果给我安排了顶层21层，其实也没什么！问题是，半夜老是有声音，后来到了第二天早晨那个声音没有了！我怀疑是顶楼上安装什么设备，早晨时候关了，但是半夜使用时生产噪音！
2，阳台的门，不好锁上！给人感觉好像是不能锁的，但是我来回折腾几次后也能锁上，只是很麻烦！
3，阳台门隔音效果很差，沙滩上有演唱会，房间里都能听到，关起阳台门后，没什么效果，声音还很大！
4，洗手间的洗脸盆排水阀门坏了，不能蓄水，不好洗毛巾，后来到外面门口的那个洗手盆洗毛巾，因为那个可以蓄水！
5，我在预定时，注意到网上评价说早餐丰富，但是我到了才知道，所谓的早餐就是稀饭+炒粉，是定量的，不是自助餐式的！
6，房间里的设备与装饰与4/500元的房价相差很远！跟1/200元连锁店的房间一样，我觉得不好！
7，退房时，服务员态度冷谈，爱理不理的，如果放在招待所还好，放在酒店就有点减分！
8，唯一让我满意的就是这个房间有阳台，有海景，不过这个特征，在其他的酒店也是有的，基于以上7个问题，下次有机会，我想去其他酒店去试一下看看！

酒店员工服务态度很好，住宿环境也很好，老板还在服务总台旁开了家饭店，海鲜不短斤缺两价格实惠。吃住都很方便，来第二次了，比上一次的更具人性化。希望越做越好
