卫生很差，没有服务，不是酒店，就是公寓房子。
1.进门发现床单被动过；垃圾箱里有垃圾没清理；
2.三间无敌海景房变成了2间海景一间2楼靠街房；
3.整个海陵岛就是被这样的公寓房给弄坏了。
