酒店的管理人员服务态度很差，半夜零晨有人大声就敲门 而且敲了三次 相隔十多二十分钟敲一次，从门上的小圆孔往外看 黑黑的一片什么都看不到，马上打电话到前台询问 服务员说：我让服务员上去看一下。过了几分钟 我再打电话前台问 前台说： 服务员上去看了没有人 什么都没有 。当时又马上跑去门上的小圆孔往外看 既然很清晰的看到外面的走廊情况 ，怎么刚才看不到。是有贼要想入房抢劫 还是闹鬼？？？吓得整晚没睡着……第二天退房跟前台说这情况 表明我想查看一下监控视频 前台服务员说：等主管来 只有主管才有权查看，好不容易等到酒店的主管来 可像是我做错事一样给她审问一大堆，到最后酒店主管却对我说：你要查看视频监控就要在这等我们酒店经理来才行 只有经理有密码 。无语，以后还敢住这阳西迎宾酒店吗……
