房间不够干净。有小虫跟蟑螂。房间空调好热不制冷。开了4个小时房间都不凉快。换左三间房都是一样热。估计无雪种了。这里的空调都老旧了。间间房间都好热。走廊都没开空调。一个字：热。两个字：好热。三个字：非常热。下次都不会来了！另外洗手间里面的冲凉间无门。冲完凉整个洗手间都是水。未见过设计这么差的酒店。

从一进去coco酒店感觉蛮好的，但前台的服务态度超级差，想着已付定金了，就算了，住一晚吧！就开了两间，拿了钥匙进门一看里面的镜子已烂了，怕小孩碰到，就去要求前台换一间，一问前台，爱理不理的，一句话，超烂的一家酒店。
