1、设施老化：排气扇坏、空调漏水，洗手间灯坏，床头灯只亮一盏，而且没有灯罩；
2、房间内线电话无信号，有事找前台必须跑上跑下，服务员说电话坏已经很久了。

地理位置很好，就在海边，房间阳台可以看到海。平时200多点，这个价格性价比不错！不要周六去哦，这天是500多。闸坡的宾馆到周六都是价格翻倍的。
