一房一厅格局很好，只是说好的10楼以上最后得知只安排了6、7楼，经调整换到一间13楼，酒店设施残缺不全，厨房灯全不亮，打手电做饭，卫生间只有一支灯亮，露台藤编的茶几破烂得无法使用，唯一的优点就是床铺很干净，房间卫生很好。

提前订的，性价比很高。公寓比较新，设施也相对完善，房间和图片一致，离海边比较近。高层视野很好。

差，差，差。。。服务差，卫生差，住两日，话搞卫生是屋主的事，同距地公司无关，订的大床套房，给的是双床房，要求换房间，强硬话是我订的就是双床房。楼梯黑黑的，无灯。。。。反正就是差。补充，明明淡季房间多，客人在未上房前，已提出P1栋好吵，想静小小的，就硬生生话无事。。。就一个沙洲唱晚就够顶了。反正就是差，差，差，差。是我去海陵岛十几次中最差的一次。
