出差来这边，第一次住，也不会有下一次了
1.设施破旧。07年的酒店，还算挂牌五星级，还不如很多三四星，细节方面非常差。网络信号差，慢；床很硬，枕头也差一晚上没睡好，房间霉味重，等等
2.服务人员素质不高。总体还行，但退房时和一位前台人员交流时爱理不理，态度非常冷淡，眼睛都不朝你看就盯着电脑，这素质也是服了
3.早餐品种不少但品质极低，牛奶都是馊的，酒店人员如果看到可以去查，13号早上提供的冷牛奶，玻璃壶装的
总之体验不怎么样，经常在外出差，比之好的酒店不知多少，这种水平真不配五星级
