双床的海景房是斜望海的，挺高级的酒店，很大，设施也齐～就是饮食餐馆一般般～要吃海鲜还是到外面的海鲜档吃比较好～

到酒店前台讯过价在艺龙下单订的高级双床含早房，本来是666的价钱，前台服务员故意点719帮我下订，后发现了打电话至艺龙客服质询可否退了重订，客服说15分钟后回复，在酒店大堂等了50分钟打了3次电话追问，一直都没有人主动来电回复到底能否退，发的信息到2小时后才收到。说我电话无人接听，从来都没有响过。艺龙解决问题有待提高。酒店前台服务员见我要改脸色马上就不好了，酒店服务也有待提高。
