  一呆的前台接待处是在一栋，房间是在2栋和46栋，我订的是46栋的房间，去到前台办入住，才知道46栋有点远，前台接待的小姐姐免费帮我升级2栋的房间了，房间设施略陈旧，但总体都是好的，一开始无线网络我们都连接不了，打电话很快就有人过来帮我们弄了，很有耐心，服务态度很好，下次还会再来

  至尊海景房原来在最偏的46栋，感觉很坑。房间挺旧的了，用钥匙开而不是感应卡...因为旧所以感觉脏脏的，空调也很响，反正不推荐这个酒店。

  一呆公寓是一个大牌品公司，有好多连锁酒店，过来很多次海陵岛，都是选择一呆公寓。前台服务很好，因为自己问题订到后面的海景房，看着我带着孩子，免费给升级到了2栋。很靠近海边，去海边比较方便，海景真的好漂亮，楼下有个游池，很好玩，拍照打卡都那么美，谢谢老板的安排，我很满意。

  房间卫生景色都可以，但是房门大差，都是坏的，好像被白蚁蛀空了一样，用力点都会散架一样，房间没WIFI，欠费停机的，从入住到退房打了五六次电话都没人跟进，，唯一值得赞的是前台的小姐姐，服务态度很好，但也不会再订这酒店了，也不会介绍朋友订了。。。

  订了5个房子，全部都有问题:第一间全部垃圾都在床底，第二空间下渠道臭得不能入睡，第三间床上头发没清理，一把一把的，第四间也是没有清理，卫生间洗手盆塞，第五集间两个床两边都是凹了进去，中间凸起来，一呆公寓不处理，服务态度差
