感觉每次酒店都不会照顾通过网上订的房，分的房间是没电梯的四楼最后两间房间，连热水壶都要叫几次才拿个带臭味的壶，平时200多的房间过年订480。温泉设施旧，什么吃的都没有，毛巾只能一条，不能更换，早餐只有粥，炒粉，番薯，馒头，一出来就没有了。想着大过年也就忍一下了。

服务没达到五星，房间设施老旧，电视坏，灯坏了一半，早餐没东西吃，炒粉都在抢，除了这个自助餐没别的东西吃。

酒店在小镇里，环境还是不错的，但是房间里的设施已经旧了，木地板已经翘起来，还在上面长出了小花。房间里的电话是坏的。早上的早餐要抢的，人非常多，品种很单一，不过味道还不错。客房的服务人员态度很好，但是前台的态度超级差，都是爱理不理的，拿着手机在那里按按按，抽空就回答你两句。总之，只有酒店里面环境好。
另外，在酒店往镇上开，在桥边有个小酒楼的农家菜很好吃，是这次出行的意外之喜。

酒店周围环境还可以，但是室内很旧，房间灯罩都是坏的，温泉还可以，有各种养生的水，只是部分水温太高，没法泡，还有就是早餐最差了，没啥东西吃，还要收小孩子20块一位，就稀饭，和炒面，炒的什么味道都没有，还有馒头，番薯，豆浆，就这几样。
