设施普通，小区内比较安静，去海滩较近，可以看海景，周围比较荒凉，食饭的地方很少，到处都是施工，配套还不完善。

住宿环境还是可以的，就是没有免停车费，没听过到酒店住宿还需付停车费的。希望酒店能跟物业沟通，把停车费免了，景点门票可以随订房连一块。
