明明没有消费，并且在退房时也没有提出来，前台告诉我房费马上会从预授权里扣，然后就走了，后来扣房费的时候多扣了我20，说我有房间消费，我就日了狗了，房间里连东西都没有，我怎么消费的？也没有任何解释，就说我消费了，这服务，不在乎这20块钱，要的是一个态度，这么对待客人真的好吗？！
