房子超级大，每个房间都带了超大的洗手间，每个房间都有阳台，阳台都可以看到大海，景观上超赞。房间的家具少了点，人多点连坐的地方都不够，建议订了这个户型的，出行时顺便带几张折叠凳。卫生方面还可以吧，因为设施少，房子也还很新，感觉挺干净的。楼下走过去海滩几分钟，很方便，楼下有京东便利店，买东西也很方便。海滩很不错，海水很清，沙滩上面的蚬都是活的，唯一不足的是，出海游泳的时候，稍走到外面一点点就会有人吹哨子叫回来。

非常好的入住体现，环境一流，楼下就是海滩，一家人都说好，服务卫生，说真的，很满意，下次只要是到海陵岛还会再住这里。
