因为下雨的原因，以很优惠的价格就换了三房的客户带着老人小孩入住很满意!房间很干净卫生!阳台很大!美中不足的是阳台上没有椅子!下楼就是沙滩!冯生服务态度很好很周到!下次还住你们这里!

海陵岛每年都来两三次。但十里银滩这边住却是第一次来。就是冲着离沙滩近才选择南海湾的，但今次却有点失望，给豪华海景几个字忽悠了。我订的是豪华海景一厅两房谁知道到了才知原来所谓的豪华海景系在阳台的一角才看到海景的，唉，当时真有点被坑的感觉。房屋里面过于简单只有一套坐椅和一套餐枱。厨房锁住门不准用。房间只有一张床，连个镜子都没有。洗手间有一面镜子，洗面盘周围都是沙子，下水囗高所以地面上积水多。都是自己清洁过才可以用。抽气扇一个坏一个噪音太大。感觉我们走时比到时干净。

这是住过性价比最高的一个房间，当然也有淡季入住的因素。总结一下优点和可改善，
优点:1.无敌大海景，客厅、三个房间均有阳台，均能看到一线海景，主房的淋浴间还能看到海景；
2.三个房间均为套房，分别都有卫生间和淋浴间，妈妈再也不担心我洗澡上厕所要争了；
3.客厅和房间都有电视和空调，每个房间都有两双塑料拖鞋，吹风机热水壶什么的基本设备都很齐全；
4.整个房子的和床铺都很干净，没有看到任何霉点；
5.床铺和洗手间都香香的，闻着很舒服；
6.当然少不了老板的热情好客。
可改善:1.三个房间分别是一张1.8床和两张1.5床，对于不是一家人出游的，可能会觉得有点不方便；
2.一共三床被子，要是能多一床备用就更好了；
3.虽然基本设备齐全，但要是能增加一些如冰箱、阳台椅之类的就更完美了！
