入住酒店前台绕了好久才找到，住1栋空调外机就在阳台，晚上睡觉比住大马路还吵。小朋友想吃水果开车到镇上才买到。这是我不想住的第二次的公寓br！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！

酒店有好几栋楼，去了才知道安排在45栋，算是离海边最远的了，升级的城海景房，楼层不高，看不到什么景。平时建议找1，2栋的住。
晚上10点多wifi断了，打客房发现电话也是坏的。
周边大排档坑死，最好去5公里外的海陵镇上吃。
总体感觉一般吧，十一也就是图价格便宜。

位置有点偏，比较适合自驾游。入住登记和住的房间不在同一个小区，客服指引不足，第一次去的不好找。但交通还是方便的，环境比较新、比较舒适，周边配套还可以，房间干净卫生，靠近景区，整体体验不错。

离泳池沙滩十分钟路程，而且要收费，40元一人，值得一提的是前台服务员，动作超慢，无笑容，入住和退房都要等超耐，房间还是不错的。

差评，服务意识，尤其是前台很差。排气扇，门锁都是坏的，把我们两家人强行分开住得很远，诸多不便，第一次差评。其他像小区本身是比较舒适的。
