服务态度太差了！提前一个多月订的，订了两间双床房和一间家庭房，住两个晚上。下订单后特意打电话给同程客服、酒店前台，说明是订了三间房，因为有小孩希望能安排在同一层楼，都答复说尽量安排。入住当天，因为分两部车，先到的拿了两间双床房，说好了家庭套房要迟一点才到，帮忙安排在同一层楼，前台说同一层楼的已经没有了，只能安排在同一栋楼，没想到朋友到后，跟前台办入住时居然又说不能安排了，只能分开两栋楼！只能第二天等别人退房了才可以换回同一栋楼！负责办理的前台（据她自己说员工号是08）还说如果不满意，可以上网退订单！这样的服务态度实在太差！以后都不会去了！

酒店房间还可以哦，有个阳台可以直接看到海，来的时候赶上下雨，所以风景不是特别好，但是看到了雨后彩虹??还是很值得的！有厨房但是没有厨具，可能要自己租，或者自己带。

打扫卫生服务员态度特别不好，周边这种旅馆基本都差不多都是沿海的整体都是保利集团开发的楼是一摸一样

高层德不错，价格可以，车子停在地下要收费，面海，距离海滩大海大海几百米，步行就可以，就是酒店前道路窄，停车难
