酒店配套设施完全跟不上，浪费了资源，酒店本来有个门是通泳滩的，但不知道是什么原因竟然封了，导至步行街十多分钟去海滩。这么大的酒店竞然没有泳池及露天酒吧。管理混乱，一点到酒店竟然说没有搞好卫生要三点多才安排入住，酒店停车场无人看管，自由来去。
