去过三次该酒店，二次是在艺龙订的，订的是豪华海景房，不知那方面出错，去到办理入住时商家说代理给订的是侧海景房，我只好致电艺龙客服，被告之稍后协调。后来告之当晚（2号）的房间已满，只能明天协调。后因外出食饭太吵没听到客服电话，稍后收短信给我（内容见截图）。后我们商量后，因小孩东西多，铺开了收拾麻烦，也就算了。第二天早（3号早）一广州移动手机号打来给我叫我去前台办理升级，我说我不办了就住原房间了。电话里那位小姐居然埋怨我“昨天我强烈要求调海景房，我为你们调房了，你不调了为什么不提前通知我？”，我很气愤地说“你们什么时候跟我说过要提前跟你们谁说？我为了小孩麻烦不换房了，你们还有意见了？”，电话那头的小姐把电话挂了。这真是职业操守太差了！我没追究你你们搞错房，反过来还埋怨我没提前通知声？太没道德了。是不是以为我玩弄你？把旅游的心情都搞坏了，我至于吗？我提前一个月就订好房了，你有提前通知我搞错了侧海景房吗？

很适合一家老少出行！酒店附近就有好多海鲜大排档，食完饭就直接到海边散步，游玩，可租单车一家人一起骑行，下次再到沙扒的话，尚柏假日酒店是首选！

房间很干净，噪音也比较小，东西食品也比较全，各项服务设施也比较全，洗漱方面也可以。住了好几回了，相比较都市快捷旅店来说，各项服务也比较速度，价格方面也较之之前的有优势，下次我还会选择这家酒店。
