前台服务员们缺乏服务意识； 客房设施一般，有一个射灯坏了没有更换，写字台没有台灯，房间整体灯光太暗。两双拖鞋脏兮兮的，不敢穿，又没有一次性拖鞋。最重要吃饭不方便，酒店没有餐饮，房间没有外卖单，楼下别人家的餐厅不做快餐，也不肯送餐上来。去马路对面所谓南大超市买的怡宝矿泉水还是假的。
