好处，近海边，过马路就是海上乐园，游泳方便，服务态度很好，房间新装修的，挺好的，价格相对算居中，还是可以接受的！

我订的是有wifi的房间，房间里竟然没有wifi，前台不解决还让我站在门外用wifi，钱都白花了，而且没服务。
从入住到退房，浴室都没热水，还解释什么过了使用高峰期就有，白等了一晚，最后连温水都没有。
没有自家的停车场，乱停车，退房后发现车被堵了，等了3个小时才能开出来，真火大。
总结，从未有过这么差的住宿体验，花钱买难受，强烈建议不要选择这家旅馆。

以下是我住了两天多的真实反馈，刚住进厕所灯坏掉开不了，大门锁坏的锁不上，换过另一房空调时时开不了，经常停电，要风筒没风筒，唯一好的就是海滩近，房费两百五十多一天自己衡量
