本人家中有重要事要趕回香港未能入住要取消入住和行程，和藝龍申請可否取消但阻撓多多不給取消和退款，搞了两天打了多個地方和部門投訴無門，我是增加買了取消保險的，也是阻撓告知不接受退款，所以打算把事件在香港公布和告上消費者委員會看情況怎樣！
