位置安静，在住宅区内，周边环境不错，服务还算不错，房间够宽，就是卫生间有海腥味，可能是住客游泳带回来的，所以建议打扫卫生要彻底。

卫生没搞好，桌子底下还有别人用过的卫生纸，墙上也很脏，公寓位置已经靠近人家村里了，还是偏僻了点，不过车位倒挺宽裕的，第一次海陵岛之旅由于下雨天气，玩得不尽兴，希望下次有机会再来！

酒店墙壁发黑的，厕所灯管又坏的，门又不能反锁，感觉不安全，电视又不能看，房间连电话都没有。没住过那么差的酒店。
