Customer service is good, staff were really helpful and warm. It must be admitted that the hotel is older and there are some maintenance issues. But it did not affect us majorly and otherwise found the place very relaxing and comfortable. We stayed in room 666 with a panoramic view of the mountains. There are many restaurants just a short walk away, in the nearby village. You can easily call a didi and visit scenic points of interest such as west street or xilou (about a 20 minute drive) or xianggong mountain (about a 40-50 minute drive). It is very quiet and peaceful, good for a retreat. It was cold this time of the year, but the room has heating (and cooling for when it gets hotter). At check out, the staff was very kind and offered us some tea while we waited for our taxi. Hope to visit again.

房间很大，有独立的院子，院子很美位置还算好找，就在旧县古村落里面。酒店装修风格很有韵味，很安静前台很热情，一下单就跟我联系，车子刚停稳就出来迎接。这个价位性价比很足

酒店给升级了阳台大，房间有40多平，很宽，带浴缸这个价位100出头能有那么好的房间，感觉性价比很高了前台很热情，在接到订单第一时间会给你发讯息，发位置跟线路。热水很足，景色很好，很安静，是个度假的好地方
