在饭点的时候去的，前台在没找到艺龙订单后找了据说是经理来操作电脑，经理是个女士，普通话不是很标准，态度很强硬，说会员在艺龙商定房间没有免费早餐（但是第二天早上起来前台换了个小伙，态度很好，问他会员有没有免费早餐，他说有），全程摆着个臭脸，本来就是去阳朔旅游的，从一开始就心情不好了。房间不大，设施还挺齐全，空调效果也不错，但是洗手台上没有摆放香皂，手纸也没有重新更换，只有一点点。真诚点评，供各位参考。
