位置在碧莲巷98号，蟠桃路１１６号的供电局后面，建议走到供电局后进入。招牌竖着的为红底白字，民居改造，可预存行李。早上入住，中午12点前退房。宾馆一共有5层，没有电梯，没有吹风机，没有肥皂，有晾衣架子，没衣挂，提供的纸巾比较少，建议自带。
