酒店设施不算最好，但人员服务是遇到为数不多的优质服务酒店，从前台人员的彬彬有礼，到管理人员的问寒问暖，就连保安人员也是有问必答，微笑服务！看到了太多的星级酒店服务人员高高在上的冷漠服务，该酒店服务有五星的标准！

首先，酒店位置非常好，晚上看了《印象刘三姐》出来只走1分钟就到酒店了！“1分钟“也！下午遇到的朋友住在西街那边，出来还要愁找车！其次，酒店的床垫和枕头非常舒服，住过几次民宿之后发现还是这种有品质的酒店睡着舒服。床垫比较柔和，枕头超大，一个软一个硬。这次那酒店的装潢还是有特色的，有些西方古典的画，走廊楼梯很宽
