订了两个晚上不能退，太吵了，没有一个晚上能睡觉的。住了一晚第二天起来长了两个疙瘩没注意，到了第三天，我两个脚都长满了气死人了，到看见的时候已经退房了因为我两天都睡不好，人有点糊涂。

酒店设施并不好，马桶都是坏的，门也没有防盗链，而且最受不了的是环境，虽然在街边可以看街景很浪漫、但是房间隔音超级差，晚上马路的车开的很快，噪音很大，很难入睡，这是我酒店住的最难受的一次，希望可以改进隔音设施，离西街的距离的确不远。

其实这家店环境不错，卫生也过得去，床也舒服，但不足的是马桶盖是坏的，安排房间时也不提一下，也没有水送，细节不够
