再来讲讲服务，从两个细节看出，一是我之前从十里画廊一家评分很高的酒店包车过来，司机居然未到兴坪牌坊就赶我们下车，理由是里面塞车，他要赶着下一单生意，我马上打电话给丽然酒店，前台小妹丝毫没有懈怠，马上让师傅过来接我们，免去我们一家大小的舟居劳顿之苦，真的非常感谢！另外是我走的时候居然忘记拿一件行李，红姐的弟弟帮忙送去已在赶高铁路上的我们，我真的非常感动，即使设施不够豪华，我下次也会首选丽然的。

房间卫生可以，无异味，虽然装修比较简单，但是很干净，全部铺了地毯，主要是窗外风景一流，直接看到元宝山，连洗手间侧窗都能望到山，楼下红姐农家菜很好吃，红姐手艺好，能根据客人口味调整菜式，早餐的面，米粉，白粥都很好。

冲着江景房去的，果然没有失望，确实房间的视野很好；直接看出去就是江景和山景，这里的服务也非常不错哟，入店，店员会主动帮你提行李上楼，离开时，还主动给我下一个景点提出中肯的建议，并帮我们喊三轮车到车站，非常感谢！
