酒店挺好，干净舒适，老板的环保意识很强，到处都张贴一些小贴士，老板娘人很好，我们7点多才到，肚子饿得咕咕叫，老板娘直接让我们先入住放行李，吃完饭回来才交房费，这种感觉非常贴心。之前一直用开携程订酒店的，最近因为艺龙搞活动，领了150元礼品卡，为了花掉这150元礼品卡，就在艺龙上找酒店，简直有被坑爹的感觉，150元礼品卡仅限于支付预付类酒店，但我看中的酒店大部分是提供担保。不仅礼品卡没有用掉，还碰到一大推郁闷的事情，实在是忍不住要说说使用艺龙和携程的感受吧，价钱其实都差不多，但是服务简直是天壤之别。携程客服的目标就是帮客人解决一切问题，特殊事情可以特殊处理。但是艺龙客服什么都讲流程，说话做事太过于保护自己，完全不考虑客人的处境。出差在外，难免会碰到各种各样的突发状况，艺龙做事赢了道理，输了人情，服务行业不应该是这样的经营理念。艺龙看到这条信息不用着急删除这条评价，我不是携程的拖，艺龙可以自己去查查我这个账号最近碰到的问题和跟你们电话沟通的录音记录吧。

酒店在县政府后门处，稍微不好找，步行到西街没问题，大概也就是三五分钟，房间地暖很赞，卫生间都是暖地哦！房间的浴缸很干净，泡一下很舒服！就是价格稍贵的！早餐很简单的三明治，但制作很专业，很好吃！地暖打开再早点就好了，白天进房间阴冷，地暖晚上才供。。。
