大堂接待人员态度有待提高！我朋友以为入住手续办理完毕想和她要回证件，她说“等会儿，还没办完，我不会要你证件的，我要你的证件又没用！”让人听着很不舒服！话可以好好说，不用多加后面的话，没有用，反而给人造成不愉悦感！
