订的江景房，但其实阳台正面是对着园子的，侧面能看见小部分江景，让前台调换房间但被以各种理由拒绝了。地理位置不错，距离刘三姐剧场和西街步行十多分钟即到。房间说是重新翻修过的，但床头板已经有一部分被磨破了。就像其他旅客留言那样，洗手池不在卫生间在床边，很奇怪。虽是四星酒店，一次性拖鞋薄如蝉翼没有纸抽，没有擦鞋布。阳台很大，没有茶几和小藤椅。非常值得表扬的是，挂毛巾的架子是个电暖器，袜子洗后第二天就干了；另外，酒店早餐的牛肉米粉货真价实，比外面米粉店的好吃很多。。。总之，性价比还可以。

酒店不错，艺龙是个大垃圾，用返现的钱支付房费居然不给开发票，垃圾，以后再也不用艺龙了。

优点：服务员态度好，有耐心。
缺点：早餐太次了，房间完好度不够，房间部分空调制冷不足，还有第一次看到这么大的酒店公共位置楼道没有开空调，从房间走出来热死了。楼道昏暗指示不清。

房间很脏，洗手间很臭，洗手盆下水很慢，早餐几乎没有肉，而且很难吃，实在不值这个价钱。

太次了，首先房间和图片上的相差太远，设施陈旧，房间采光不好，中央空调调到16度还不凉，卫生间花洒漏水，手盆上居然没有镜子，一次性拖鞋质量特别不好，还不如如家快捷的结实，屋里很潮，有臭袜子的味道
