订了两间房30号入住，结果到了酒店说另外一间是31号入住，发给我的确认短信上明明白白写着30号，跟酒店说网上显示酒店已确认，白纸黑字看着前台还说没确认，就说让找同程，打了几个电话，又在大堂等了一个多小时，给安排到旁边的桂福酒店，去就去吧，跟前台说不要靠马路的，太吵，结果就安排的靠马路的，还说已经是升级了的，一大早开车出门到酒店入住已经5点钟了，疲惫不堪，不想折腾了，就跟客服说可以了，想着入夜就没那么吵了，结果酒店旁有敲鼓的，还有饭店，浓重的油烟味加咚咚的鼓声，几乎一夜未眠，早餐也没什么吃的，很差

大概是我住过所有酒店里面，体验最差的一个吧。br空调开着的，一直在响，也不暖和。br电视看不了。br我预定的大床，结果只有标间。br我们夫妻两人分床睡。多尴尬。br房间只有几个台灯，晚上有够昏暗的。
