酒店总体环境不错，可是这么大的一间全国连锁酒店，酒店的前台服务员居然和外面的所谓自称旅行社人员合伙宰客，我咨询前台有没有双人房，前台服务员说没有双人房了，只有剩下九百多的什么豪华套房，外面本地的那个人就说可以在酒店里面帮我预定到便宜的三百多双人房。还带我们去酒店6楼看房间，后来我拿手机在艺龙网上查，艺龙网上竟然有双人房，标双，豪双，豪华套房都有，然后我就在网上预订了一间豪华双人房248元，如果我听信酒店的前台服务员的话开所谓的九百多的双人房，实际就是三百多的豪华双人房，那我岂不是给当傻子宰了，为什么这么大这么可以一间让全国人民信赖的全国连锁酒店居然让服务员跟外面的人结合宰客。我真想问一下，酒店的管理制度何在，经过这么一个波折，旅游的心情全没了。只能说太垃圾了，我以后不会再住维也纳了。绝对的差评

维也纳的服务没得说，绝对好评！订的是商务大床，前台告之没房了，主动升级了商务套房！很给力，房间很大，床很舒服。尤其是枕头！👍
