环境非常好，紧靠瘦西湖，就是酒店的周围的环境也很值得一逛的，酒店内设施一般，网线没上去，看看电视还可以！

1.说是在税务党校校内，但离门口特别的远，出租车不能入内，步行要走很久才能到酒店前台。
2.酒店前台的服务特别差。办理入住时办了半天最后说没有我这个入住的人，让我仔细看下定的哪家，态度极其恶劣。明明是自己没有认真找。办理入住还要交100押金，没有现金要再走半天的路才能找到提款机！特别的不人性化！更让人难以接受的是办理退房时，应该退给我押金，可前台说一定要押金条才给我退押金，可明明就没有给我押金条！我这大早上的还等着赶车，可她们不紧不慢一定要找押金条，最后才发现确是工作人员忘记给我了！根本就没有给我道歉！
3.办理预定时，貌似有入住有礼的啊，没有收到。
