作为一家连锁酒店同价位的桔子和全季都是两点退房第一天前台也没提醒 十一点三十五打电话催了一下赶紧收拾化妆十二点退房一分钟不能迟也有点不太人性化迟了大概20分钟加收了40房费 以后不会住了

酒店位置一般，附近没吃的，好不容易找一家，吃个饭等了一个小时才上菜。房间味道重，地毯脏脏的感觉。价格不实惠，说了给网上一样的价，结果还多收38的早餐费，351的房间，空调差点冷死，室外下着雪，零下一度，室内空调无感，小孩子澡也没洗，太冷了。38的早餐还没去吃，不知道怎样，暂不评价。
顺便吐槽艺龙，预定了房间搞了一个多小时信息也过不来酒店，还得一家老小大堂里等。

酒店位置很好，临近各大景点，完全可以走路去。酒店干净卫生，服务也不错，公共交通很方便，可以乘公交车直达长途汽车站

停车方便，出了酒店就是古运河，离东关街也不是太远。酒店的床不会太软，睡得比较舒服。可能是国庆期间，房间打扫不太到位。

因为是新装修的原因吧，房间还有味儿。停车也很奇怪，本来想停到地下室被告知需要先开好房间才可以下去，只好先去办理入住，过去又告诉说需要通行证，无语，索性停大门口的停车场了
