这家酒店从里到外变了个样，上次是几年前住过一次，完全大变样，一下感觉自己身份都在提高，服务也有大的提升，能够体会到管理的水平很高，员工张丙辉给我印象深刻，入住房间很舒适，扬州的天气也很适合旅游，景区院林值得推荐！

酒店位置不错 到各个景点打车步行都比较方便 周围也有商圈方便就餐 就是前台的姑娘办理入住能力有待提高 先是找不到网上的预约记录 之后又开房失败 新来的可以理解 但办理时间过长仍望酒店加强业务培训 要表扬的是其他服务都还不错 只是烧水壶清洁度不够 烧水都是水垢味…忘记拍照了 但希望酒店引起重视

酒店地理位置不错，对面就是华懋购物中心，离文昌阁那边金鹰和时代也不算远。酒店前台比较简单，不太符合这个星级，入住流程稍慢还需押金。酒店一楼地面比较滑，工作人员有提醒。上楼后打扰人员看到有小盆友，送来了拖鞋和牙刷，挺不错。房间设施还可以，有迷你冰箱，洗澡水够热够大，浴缸泡下很舒服，卫生不错，整体感觉还是不错的。
