  与网上的各种评论有一定的差距，没有想象中那么好，位置相对比较靠近东关街和码头，酒店设施比较陈旧，服务员的语气比较傲慢，反正我这里不缺客人，你不住有的是人住的感觉。扬州的旅游市场服务需要极大地提升，不能只为挣钱，过度的夸大宣传，而游客的实际体验度差点意思。总之服务质量有待大幅提升，与收的费用起码要匹配。

  对于华美达这个品牌，我非常信任，之前无论国内外住过多个华美达酒店，体验都很不错。但是这家华美达真的太让人失望了，体验非常差极其差： 1. 衞生情况不过关，整个从楼道到房间一股霉味，照片所示房间茶杯下面明显发霉。被褥也是湿湿的感觉。 2. 设施很差，看照片衞生间有个灯就坏了，电视也很古旧，上个世纪产品。 3. 服务很差，我反映给工作人员wifi不好经常断线，她的回覆：国庆期间人多，信号不稳，你们就用自己的流量吧。这算什么回覆这算什么服务，简直闻所未闻！！ 强烈建议避雷！

  Problem Air-Condition was being turned off around 2.00 AM, so it was so difficult to get rest. It was terrible because by turning off the air-con, how the guess can have a good rest, which we rent a hotel because we need to rest comfortably.

  出差定的这个酒店 房间乾净整洁 没有异味 周围比较安静 距离关东街很近 晚上可以逛逛 缓解劳累 哈哈 总体好评 推荐入住呢

  出差到扬州住的酒店，地理位置很好，就在运河边，过了桥便是东关街。酒店设施有点旧，地毯有股霉味。衞生间乾湿分离，全是玻璃门，私密性不够好。停车方便且免费。衞生情况不够好，刚入住时，发现马桶盖内侧凹槽有尿渍，牀头柜抽屉是打开的。前台服务还可以，客房服务可能因为投诉马桶有尿渍，服务人员来擦的时候有点不开心。总体来説，这次入住有点小失望！
