网上预订，到店确认，方便、快捷。重点说下酒店，这次对碧园酒店相当满意。先说说位置、设施，东关古渡对面，东关街东入口边上，夜游东关街很方便。房间设施齐全，有冰箱、保险柜和浴盆，跟快捷酒店比优势明显。标间面积大，由于对面就是运河，房间内湿度稍大，但不重，入住后开窗多通风。再说说服务，服务满分，无论何时回酒店，遇到的服务人员都会微笑打招呼，退房后行李到前台可免费寄存。有免费早餐，餐厅服务人员善解人意，主动提供帮助，如果管理人员看到点评希望能表扬一下，我是八月二十、二十一号入住的。

非常开心在携程定了这家宾馆，首先地理位置非常棒，出门往右步行5分钟之内就可到马可波罗纪念馆，东关街，锦春大酒店，往左走5分钟有老牌饭店扬州饭店，10分钟走到便益门码头可登船游古运河。个园，何园距离都较近，不愿走路门口都有公交车直达。其次内部环境好，干净宽敞，热水大。周边非常安静。再次前台非常礼貌，笑容甜美。美中不足就是因旺季床位紧12点前一定要准时退房。咨询了一下早上提供的是稀饭馒头简餐，没去吃，到附近锦春吃的，强烈推荐去那吃早茶
