入住第一晚出了点差错，及时解决了。第二天就升级到最好的2号楼，每天都送小点心和水果。送了小礼物，不停的道歉。之前住的5号楼性价比很高的。对服务很满意，位置离双博馆可步行，去瘦西湖景区用滴滴超方便，十多元。去机场用滴滴加高速通行费130元！

家庭出游选择的酒店，地理位置稍有点偏，不过自驾影响也不大。房间挺大，我们靠马路一侧，稍微有点吵。酒店内赠送了小吃和小礼品还不错。
