性价比不高，500多的价格不值，像以前老的厂房改造的，房间的地板凸起，排风效果差，洗的衣服一晚上半湿，以前住的酒店一晚上基本就干了，院子里没有撑好的伞，雨一下都不能坐，出小院房的钱就是看中院子，雨一下都不能坐这钱就浪费了，隔壁空关的都有，反正性价比不高，门面也小，车子容易开过
