没见过这么恶心的酒店，帮客人订的房间，我在开房时交了定金，再三询问是押金不要退给客人我到时候来拿，我问需要什么凭证么，再三确认前台员工告知不需要，我昨结果过两天去拿押金告知要带身份证，搞笑了没有人提醒要带，而且我还很多次确认需要什么凭证，作作为客户对他们的态度和自己做错事情的态度感到恶心，作为经理大言不惭站在我面前说他是老板，说这事就得身份证，我昨作为外地人为了你们的十手误要自己来回跑，押金还**不够来回路费的，真为这酒店感到耻辱，下面员工培训不到位还各种袒护。无语至极
