房间比较老旧，服务也尚可，地理位置一般，环境一般，大堂不大气，有点没落的感觉。如果算是五星，也就顶多算国内五星酒店的最低水平，没有什么亮点。

我们是三大两小出行，冲着酒店有有游泳池和健身房而定的这家酒店，结果过去人家说游泳馆在维护暂停开放。之前同程方和酒店方都未提示过这个问题，早知道我就不定这家酒店了，又不靠近火车站，又不靠近景点。让服务生找大堂经理来解释这个问题，人一直未露面，只是一个大堂副理前前后后几个电话沟通下来同意免掉一个儿童的早餐费，再加送水果酸奶。浪费了很多时间电话来回最后同意再送2张温泉票，我说我们有3个大人了，要么多送一张，酒店方却是怎么也不同意了。这么热的天不去温泉就浪费两张票，去的话，还要自己掏钱买一张大人票和两张儿童票。这合着怎么感情像变相促销似的。
