该宾馆是在那个旅行社那个楼，房间内的沐浴水是凉的，怎么防都是凉的，洗凉水澡，没办法，房间设施比较古旧，电视是大屁股那种老式电视，除了位置是在市中心这个优点其他我实在是不知道有哪点好的，性价比较低，不推荐入住！我经常商务出差，这个三星的宾馆其实感觉就和小县城的招待所差不多，价格偏贵了点！
以上为本人真实体会，或许198/晚的房间就是要 客人洗凉水澡吧！呵呵！

按性价比来说还是过的去了。一出门就是一票特色淮阳菜饭店和商业街。很方便！

酒店位置不错，在市中心，离瘦西湖，东关街，何园，个园都不远。不过，酒店风格比较古旧，干净整洁度还是可以。
