  环境不错，房间也挺大的，看到我们有老人孩子，主动帮我们免费升级了豪华套房，让我们能再一层楼上，方便我们照顾老人和孩子，房间里还有免费的水果送，退房时还送了玩具给孩子，服务还是很贴心得，必须赞一个????。但是设施有点问题，我们订的是温泉套，房里应该有温泉水可以泡澡的，可是放出来的都是黄水，回复说温泉没有开，这个有点对不住我们定的温泉套房啊。

  非常不错，适合家庭休闲度假。酒店设施应该有四星级，很干净，服务人员很热情。我们是两家十一假期带孩子出去转转，其中还免费给升级了一套房间，很宽敞，设施也很新。在一个山旁边（奈山，不知道怎么也叫石柱山），晚上很清静，这是最大的不同吧，到了夜间听不到嘈杂的车辆声音，很难得。温泉也很赞，再楼顶上，视野很开阔，我们是从云客赞买票的，每人49.9，如果现场买要130… 唯一需要提高的就是网络吧，信号不佳。这年头没有网络很多不方便。

  到店发现给升级了，意外的惊喜；还送了欢迎水果，总体还是满意的。房间很宽敞，装修以及设施很新，进房稍有装修味；服务员对客态度都很热情，虽然并未最终解决电视机无法使用以及补充沐浴露的问题；早餐品种较丰富，不过煎蛋真的需要改进；细节方面还是有待加强，比如没有将龙头水渍擦干净，打扫时不补充洗发水和沐浴露，导致第二晚洗澡时沐浴露不够用，很尴尬。不过总体性价比还是很高的，有机会会考虑再住。
