这次扬州之行本想体验下主题客栈，看了几家选择了运河边的星程旅店，但是结果由于入住时间晚了，前台告知只有一件复式家庭房，入住后发现整个房间很闷，当时想着开会空调会好点，可开了3个小时后晚饭吃好回来，一进房间，还是很闷热，简直可以洗桑拿了，当时就要求换房，前台说没房，还说我们不会使用空调好吧！那让客房服务人员来开，半小时后连电扇也用上了，丝毫没有任何凉意，最后只能通过艺龙解决！最终换了另一间复式房，总算睡了个安稳觉。复式的房间不是没有，只是可能面积没之前定的大，但是我觉得当时客服人员处理的态度有问题，明明可以及时安抚客人给予换房处理，为什么一定要等到投诉后才给予换房呢？

酒店在运河南门码头旁边，位置不错。去何园步行2公里，方便。周边找吃的有点不方便，酒店早攴不好不坏，位子不多，要抢位子有点乱。停车场免费，就是门口收费的老头有点毛病，对酒店住客车辆故意叼难。如对住宿要求不高的可以吧。房间不大，有点小味。前台小妹态度不错，很热情。
